Authors who publish with the Journal of Global Learning and Teaching (JGLT) agree to the following terms:

  1. Copyright Retention:
    Authors retain the copyright of their work. However, by submitting and publishing with JGLT, authors grant the journal the right of first publication, allowing JGLT to publish and distribute the work under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0).

  2. License Terms:
    This license allows others to share, copy, and redistribute the material in any medium or format, and to remix, transform, and build upon the material, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s), the material is not used for commercial purposes, and any derivative works are distributed under the same license.

  3. Author's Rights:
    Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their personal websites) after publication, as long as they acknowledge its initial publication in JGLT.

  4. Acknowledgment of Prior Publication:
    If authors wish to republish or distribute their work elsewhere, they must acknowledge its original publication in JGLT.

  5. Commercial Use:
    The work published in JGLT is protected under the terms of the Creative Commons license and cannot be used for commercial purposes without explicit permission from the author(s).

By submitting to JGLT, authors agree to these terms and ensure that their submission is original, has not been published elsewhere, and does not infringe on any existing copyright.
