Author Guidelines
The Journal of Global Learning and Teaching (JGLT) welcomes submissions that contribute to the field of global learning and teaching. To ensure a smooth submission process, please adhere to the following guidelines:
1. Manuscript Preparation

Language:
Manuscripts should be written in clear, concise English. Authors whose first language is not English are encouraged to have their manuscripts professionally edited before submission. -
Format:
Submit your manuscript in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx). The text should be double-spaced, using a standard 12-point font (e.g., Times New Roman). -
Length:
The manuscript should not exceed 7,000 words, including references, tables, and figures. -
Title Page:
The title page should include the title of the manuscript, the names of all authors, their affiliations, and contact information for the corresponding author. -
Abstract:
Provide an abstract of up to 250 words, summarizing the main objectives, methods, results, and conclusions of the research. -
Keywords:
Include 4-6 keywords that accurately reflect the content of the manuscript.
2. Content Structure

Introduction:
The introduction should clearly state the purpose of the research, its relevance, and the research question or hypothesis. -
Literature Review:
Provide a brief overview of the existing literature related to your research topic, identifying gaps that your study aims to fill. -
Methodology:
Describe the methods used in the research, including data collection and analysis procedures. Ensure that the methods are described in sufficient detail to allow replication. -
Results:
Present the findings of your research clearly and concisely. Use tables and figures where appropriate, ensuring they are labeled and referenced correctly. -
Discussion:
Interpret the results in the context of the existing literature, discussing the implications and any limitations of your study. -
Conclusion:
Summarize the main findings of your research and suggest directions for future research. -
References:
All references should be cited in the text and listed at the end of the manuscript in accordance with the APA (American Psychological Association) 7th edition style.
3. Submission Process

Online Submission:
Manuscripts must be submitted through the JGLT online submission system. Please register or log in to submit your manuscript. -
Peer Review:
All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process. Authors should ensure that their manuscripts are anonymized, with no identifying information included in the manuscript file. -
Revisions:
If revisions are required, authors will be notified and provided with reviewer comments. Revised manuscripts should be resubmitted within the specified timeframe.
4. Ethical Considerations

Plagiarism:
All submissions are screened for plagiarism using Turnitin. Manuscripts that do not meet our originality standards will be rejected. -
Conflicts of Interest:
Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could influence the research or its interpretation. -
Informed Consent:
For research involving human subjects, authors must include a statement confirming that informed consent was obtained.
5. Article Processing Charge
- Fees:
Upon acceptance of the manuscript, authors are required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 200,000. This fee covers the costs of peer review management, copyediting, typesetting, and online hosting.
